This is a really simple idea, but it's really surprising what happens. For this project, try to find a safe way that you child can take a portrait of you, or other relatives. The looks on people's faces when they're being photographed by a child are really unusual – so different to what you'd get if you were taking the photo.
Helping your child be comfortable with cameras being around can be a great way to ensure you get more relaxed photographs whenever you get your camera out. So this exercise has two purposes – making the camera feel familiar to everyone on both sides of the lens, and also to get some really unusual images. Have fun with it, but remember to be careful with your expensive camera!
